At AVL, fashion is more than style, it is a force for positive change and community empowerment.  AVL proudly partners with the Maltiti Foundation, a respected Ghanaian non‑profit that has dedicated itself to improving the quality of life for women in deprived and rural communities across Ghana.

Empowering Communities Through Collaboration

Founded in 2018, the Maltiti Foundation works to create sustainable economic opportunities, promote entrepreneurship, strengthen health and nutrition, support informal education, and build healthy communities for women and families who often lack access to resources and opportunities. Through projects like vocational skill development, agricultural empowerment, health screenings, and IT inclusion initiatives, the foundation helps women become self‑reliant and economically empowered.

AVL’s collaboration with the Maltiti Foundation reflects a shared commitment to uplifting underserved populations through meaningful programs that go beyond charity. The two‑day health screening initiative led by Maltiti Foundation in Ghana’s Krachi Nchumuru area — where thousands of rural residents received health assessments and care exemplifies the kind of community impact that drives this partnership.
